1. Check whether the hydraulic valve of the hydraulic press brake is fully opened. If it is due to oil contamination, the valve core of the liquid charging valve cannot move flexibly and there is a stuck phenomenon that causes insufficient liquid filling. Need to clean the hydraulic filling machine mold filling valve and reinstall it to make the valve core flexible.
2. Check whether the oil level of the fuel tank of the bending machine mold is too low, and the liquid filling port is not flooded. When fast-forwarding, the upper cavity of the oil cylinder is filled with air and the liquid is insufficient. For the above reasons, you can add the oil in the tank to more than 5mm above the filling port to completely fill the filling hole.
3. Check whether the cartridge valve is stuck or the main spool is stuck, and the damping hole is blocked. If it is the above reason, please remove the hydraulic relief valve mold overflow valve to clean it, and then reinstall it.
4. Check whether the solenoid coil of the proportional relief valve mold relief valve is energized and whether the voltage of the proportional solenoid coil meets the requirements. If it is the above reason, please check the relevant electrical reasons.
